Absolute WORST customer service and sandwich ever! “Samantha” had total attitude and was beyond rude to me. She handed me the chips without putting it in a bag, made a completely incorrect sandwich. When I asked for a refund she refused. When I asked for a manager she said there isn’t one and gave me a wrong number claiming it was the manager named “Chet”. I’m so confused and feel like I offended her by being a customer! Never go here. Absolute joke!

The manager is friendly but the workers have no idea what they’re doing in terms of technology. There seems to be a big disconnect between the workers and the subway app. I’ve had an issue with an online order where the item wasn’t available in store yet I was charged for it and it has been a hassle just to get a refund. First the workers told me something contradictory to the app, then they referred me to the manager who I couldn’t get in contact with until a week later. Once I finally talked to him and got a refund arranged (I had to drive to the store to do it in person) the employee did it wrong and subtracted the money instead of refunding it. Once again the workers couldn’t help and I have to wait to contact the manager again. All this goes to show that the workers need better training. Not to mention the service is terribly slow, especially the drive thru, and when you order(and pay for) a bottled drink through the app it shows up as a small fountain drink.

This is my first ever restaurant review and let me tell you when i say this was the worst Subway ive ever been to in my entire life. Cups were dirty, had black stuff inside when she handed me the cup. I got another cup and guess what, i was getting a drink and black stuff came out of the dispenser. If I could give no stars I would. Took my money on Christmas Eve for an order placed online through subway.com. Tracked the order and it was still in process an hour after ordering. 3 different delivery drivers went to collect the order and the store was closed. Instead of Subway contacting me to make this right, I now have a dispute with my bank for the charge! I have to wait 90 days to get my money back! This was not a small amount of money!Thanks for nothing Cornwallis subway!
