Mcdonald's

Went through the drive-through and ordered two strawberry shakes. Cashier said they were out of strawberry so I said chocolate would be fine. Then Michael, I found out his name later, the manager told the cashier that they had strawberry. When they handed me the shakes at the window they looked more vanilla and strawberry. I asked the cashier if these were indeed strawberry and his response was yes they taste like strawberry. I got down the road and discovered they taste like vanilla. When I went back to get a refund, Michael the manager acted like I was a nuisance. Did not apologize for the mistake. Instead of refunding to my card he went to the back of the store and got cash. Seems kind of fishy to me. I will never be back to this location

A bit of advice that yall should incorporate into training, because it's a problem at locations everywhere. People who order coffee usually drink it regularly. We KNOW when you charge us for syrup/flavors and don't add it. The stafd does this wayyyy to frequently to not be serving with a smile and positive attitude. #StopThat #GetItTogether

Placed a order for 1 happy meal and an additional small milkshake the young lady at drive thru window 1 today around 530-6 added the wrong size when I corrected her she still couldn't get it right and I request she take it off she needed help to do that what a huge inconvenience for something so simple that doesn't require any skill please do better
