Arby's

Got there at 1045am. Called to see if they were open because no one answered at the drive thru. Someone answered and said they didn't open until 11am. So I waited. At 1102am I started saying hello. No one answered. About that time some pulled up to let me know they were closed. I said I called and they would be open at 11am. She said "No they won't, I'm the manager and I gotta go see if my cashier is here. It's gonna be a minute. I just left and went next door. I've read some of your replies to customers apologizing for the hours of operation. How hard would it be for the store to post some sort of notification? Or have an open closed sign like businesses use to do before technology? Haha this is silly.

They’re always closed when I come during what should be their hours of operation. I’ve been here dozens of times around 7-8 pm and they’re never open Update: after seeing the response for the owner I’d like to note that the hours posted on the Arby’s website match the hours posted on Google, however that does NOT match the actual operating hours of the restaurant. The only time I have seen this restaurant open is noon. Please consider changing the posted hours or at least having signage posted on the building. It won’t matter to me because I won’t be back but at least for other people
