Taco Bell

Go in to order our food, we happen to see someone not in their work uniform, sitting down in the back where food is being made, sitting on the table, shoes and all touching where you prep food. Manager on duty, seemed to not care. Didn’t bother to say anything about it. Or correct it. Seen us standing there as we are there ordering food and waiting on our order. This makes poor ethics for work and business.

So were do i start... So first off they are very unprofessional and the food is always cold second of all if you ever go through the drive threw at night and they tell you that their system is down they are lying. I worked their a few years back and witnessed this myself. I ended up quiting and called the district manager to let her know what was going on. They tell customers the system is shut down so they could go to the bathrooms to get high and i use to be a manager my self at a different restraint and i would never let my employees do such a thing. They put me down as a no rehire because i went to the district manager. Idk if she was aware of what was going on but i do know a few employees are still there after me giving the names of the manager and employees that was doing this so i guess they didn't care. I guess i should've went to someone higher.

Went to take my clients to eat they started taking our order then stopped and started taking some womens order that waked to the window making my clients wait and the lady was very rude. You need to realize how unprofessional that was. My girls was hungry want you wanted to stop and take someone’s else order then be rude. Seriously calling the owner today not very professional or clean

Today was a good experience at this taco bell. The food was hot and fresh. The employees were friendly. The dining room was clean, although the trays that they serve your food on should be cleaner. They need to be washed, not just half wiped off. The sauces were organized and lined up facing the same way, that must take forever.

Went to get a Mexican pizza since they're back because I mean we can all say Taco Bell is Mexican pizza that's just how it is but lo and behold they didn't have enough employees two be able to make the shells or to throw them in the oven and operate the business then went online to try the other Taco Bell and guess what first off they didn't have a clue what I was asking when I was asking if they had Mexican pizza shells that took 10 minutes to figure out and then of course they didn't have any either I mean why offer it and get everyone excited and then not have it 🤔
