Subway

Went through the drive thru yesterday. I ordered 3 subs couldn't understand the guy that took our order. We pulled up to the window the manager first thing was rude. I was trying to get her to understand I could not hear him. She told us to leave and slammed the window shut. I got corporates number and I called and made a complaint about her. That was just ridiculous you don't treat customers like that ever. She doesn't need to be a manager.

We like to order through the app and pick up from this location. The sandwich artists were good and friendly. We had a sandwich lose the edited ingredients and defaulted to the regular steak and cheese but they fixed my husband's sandwich quickly and without argument which was very nice. I've always felt Subway is a little overpriced but it's good 😊

honestly just yikes... (let me just preface this by saying not only do i never review restaurants, but i'm also generally really chill when something goes wrong since i've worked in food service). i will not come back to this specific subway ever again. the person who waited on me honestly acted like they were either very high or had been recently kicked in the head by a horse. for starters i always order extra cheese so i can have 2 different kinds. this means they usually put 2 slices side-by-side of each kind, so there are 4 slices total, with 2 layers (for a 6" sub). this staff person put so much cheese i literally stood there with my mouth open, like at least 10 to 12 slices... and i love cheese but my god... i didn't even know what to say. and not only that but the cheese honestly looked... old. like it had been sitting out for a long time and had started to harden up. at this point i figured, whatever, i'll just take some of it off at home and it'll be okay. then i asked to add avocado but when they reached for it i saw that it looked old too... like it was crusty along the sides and browned. i was about to say nevermind, but the staff person walked into the back (i thought to get some fresh avocado... sadly, no). they returned with a scoop and scraped the old avocado off the sides of the container and onto the sandwich. honestly i am the furthest thing from a picky eater but at this point i'm thinking i don't even want this anymore. but i didn't want to be rude so i let them finish my sandwich and finally when we get to the sauces i ask for oil and vinegar and oh my, they absolutely drenched the sandwich in oil and vinegar, like half the bottle... i was honestly just confused and didn't even know what to say... this person was the only visible employee there but it seemed like they had never made a sandwich in their entire life. i just wanted to pay for my soggy sandwich and go... but when i handed the staff person a $10 bill, they acted like i had asked them to change a hundred and it took a good five minutes for them to get me my change, rummaging through a different register and in the end my change was still off, but by this point i just wanted to get out of there because it felt like i was in a fever dream. i threw the sandwich in the trashcan outside and went home.

I had mixed feelings about Subway tonight. I'll start with the positives. The employees were nice and asked if the items on the subs were enough. The lobby also seemed real clean. Now the negatives. The bathroom was a little smelly and could have used some cleaning. There were five people in line but only one of the employees was making dubs. The other was in the back doing something.

The worst place to eat!! Food was not what was ordered, was burned no meat on the steak an cheese sub , used coupons but they charged more than the tax with the coupon, also lady was not nice seemed we were bothering her, called back to speak to manager said there manager was having issues an didn't know if she'd even be in the next morning???so upset will never eat here again

The only reason I’m giving one star is because the food was actually edible! We walked in to place a order for 4, and the lady helping us seemed like she was bothered by our presence, and didn’t wanna be there. Had a very unpleasant and snippy attitude the whole 15 minutes we were in there even tho everything we asked for was followed by a please or thank you. Finally we get to check out, and I left a 20% tip (almost $9). Just to see if she would say thank you, and she ripped the receipt out and sent us on our way! Will definitely never use this location again, and I’ll be sure to let everyone know about the experience. We should have taken the hint from the empty parking lot
