Had a nice Dinner here at Applebee’s in Greeneville TN. My Steak Dinner was nice and juicy and cooked the way I like it. My sides where mashed potatoes and broccoli with cheese. My waitress J was very nice and I loved how she brought me my soda even before I started to order she knows my taste very well. She is a great waitress.

Good food with a large variety to choose from and good pricing. The ribeye that I had could have used more flavor but it was cooked just how I asked and was tender. The brownie dessert was fantastic! The atmosphere was a little more lively that what I like for dinner.

Food was good as always but tonight we really had a nice time thanks to our server Malachi. The kitchen was slow getting our food out. Not that we mind that's just how a Sunday night is sometimes but they really went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

Food was good. Can't believe they don't serve baked potatoes. Would have ordered something different if the had. Just not a fry person. I do go here if friends are going.

I had some large waitress named Lisa that had a snarky attitude and made the entire experience rather horrid. Good food and usually good service but one bad server has ruined this trip. Terrible.

I recently ordered from this Applebee's through doordash. When I received my meals, my Ribeye looked completely unappealing and was missing a side. I reached out to Doordash who refused to help me with my ordeal. At first I will admit I was a bit disappointed, but reaching out to the kitchen manager here at Applebee's really helped change that. She told me her name twice and I stupidly cannot remember if I am correct, but I believe it was Jackie? She was unbelievably professional and so interested in making sure I was happy. She offered to remake my steak, and have it ready when I was ready for it. THAT is customer service, Thanks Jackie for turning my experience around. The doordash help team needs lessons from you!

We had very good service and food was great...we ordered the 6oz steak and prime rib w/dip.
