Hmm 15 min wait in lobby and then this is the steak nacho’s fries wow

Sat and waiting in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes, only for them to not give me half of my order, sauces, and my drinks were watered down. The burritos I did receive were nothing but refried beans. My price had also changed from the time I ordered to when I received my food. Call and complained and the man who answered the phone stated, “ they have them here they just didn’t give them out, you can come back through the drive thru and get them.” When there was 3 people standing in the window when we went through. I’m very disappointed with the service we received tonight. For future Taco Bell purchases I’ll be driving to Ashland or Morehead.

Food was alright. Baja Blast tasted weird. Strawberry lemonade was trash, ie it tasted like faintly tart, lemon water with a hint of strawberries.

Every single time we stop here. We always ask for mild sauce 3 times before leaving. They never give us sauce period and I’m getting sick of it. It’s ridiculous. We’ve eaten there a few times in 2 weeks and they always forget the sauce. After a repeat of asking for it.

It's a nice little Taco Bell l. great place to sit down and have some good food. This restaurant has been newly renovated so everything is nice and new.
