I bought 4 panko fish sandwichs 🥪 and wanted 3 of them with everything on them and 1 with only cheese 🧀 on a bun but when i received the special order sandwich 🥪 i didnt even get a bun then they asked me if i wanted a bun on second trip through the drive thru i said that would be nice how else was i supposed.to eat the sandwich 🥪 the manager was really nice and helpful she got the problem resolved

Horrible! The first actual hot meal I had in a couple of weeks (it's been kind of rough lately), and I got the spicy chicken sandwich combo. The fries were hard and cold, I was able to actually "knock" on the bun, and the chicken was so dried out from being under a heat lamp all day, that it was worse than trying to bite into beef jerky! Do not go if you're planning on showing up 2 hours or less before closing time...

When I walked in there was 1 person ahead of me. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger mayo only and a bourbon bacon meal. The manager had to bring the girl change 3 times. There was no tea in the pitchers. I asked them to get it behind the counter when she gave me the cup it looked VERY weak. I then waited 20min whatching the employees banter with one another and when I received my food there was only 1 sandwich in the bag. Another manager then proceeded to tell me she didn't kno if I ordered a reg size or Jr burger. At this point I was beyond frustrated. The manager then tried to argue with me about the way I ordered. She then threw a Jr burger in my bag. I had to ask for napkins and told them to keep the watered down tea. I thought this place had decent food at a good price but the attitude on display and towards me was unexceptionable. Train your cashier's better and make sure your managers are up to their job. There are so many more places to eat in this town I don't have to be humiliated to buy food for my family.

I was tired, hungry and grumpy. Placed my order online (2 sandwiches and 2 salads) and when I went to pick it up, I was told they were out of salads; dayshidt didn't make enough. I was disappointed. But Taylor stepped up and made the salads. Thank you souch for making my long day a little bit better.
