Kfc

I had a taste for some hot wings and boy was I disappointed!!! The wings where old and hard. I would have gladly waited on some fresh ones, but by the time I noticed I was on the road and I wasn't going to turn my truck around cause I had a delivery. Usually they're pretty good...... I don't know what happened. I may try again.

Me and my son went in today for lunch. We stood at the front counter with no line with the lady working the counter talking to people and running around for about 15 minutes not even an acknowledgment. I would understand being busy if she gave like a greeting and I will be with you. She just ignored us the whole time.We ended up walking out sad this is our hometown and not even busy and we get this terrible service. I suggest going on past the Grayson exit to the next KFC for better luck better service and hopefully cleaner.

I decided to have lunch at the store in Grayson KY 9/29/21 The service at the drive thru window was very interesting, the young lady that was taking my money and getting my food act like she was in space. Do you have a policy that requires a employee not have earrings hanging out of their nose . This young lady gave me a drink that was half full and and my food , I ask for honey mustard sauce and I'm sitting there waiting for the sauce and I'm asked what we were waiting on she said that my order had to being made. Mine you she had already given me my food. I thought maybe the had to fix something else. So I end up with 2 meals when I it home. I know times are hard trying to get people to work . But please do better at hiring people.

We visited here yesterday to get drive thru and it was insane. It was a holiday and right around the church crowd coming in, but we were in the drive thru almost 45 minutes. The staff seemed unprepared for the crowds. We have never waited this long for a meal here. I'm sure it was an overwhelming day for them, but they may want to make sure they have more staff, or more experienced staff anyway on weekends and holidays. No complaints on the food. KFC always has good food. But, the staff was distracted and seemed to not know what to do, or where to go. I thought it must be new people. I know they have a hard job, so no criticism there, but they should have had some supervision or motivation.
