Little Caesars

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered and my food is undercooked. I placed the order online since I couldn’t reach anyone by Phone. The deep dish pizza is half way cooked.. and it is THICK. So half uncooked dough. Our crazy bread was the opposite. So overcooked that the inside of the bread is gone.. it’s all outer shell, crunchy and dry.

Pizza was fine, but the staff was not focused. They were playing very loud music with vulgarity. Mind you I love and grew up on Hip-Hop but this is a place of business that kids and ladies frequent, not a club. I don't want to hear N words and other vulgarity in music at a restaurant. From the looks of other reviews, this place needs new management....or new employees.

Hot and Ready? No...."Hot and Unfinished" Man oh man. Where do I begin? Well, I tried to call in my order but they never picked up. That means I have to go up there and place the order which is an inconvenience because I waited for 40min to get the pizza. The purpose of a phone is so I can call in the order and it be ready when I get there. I ordered 2 extra cheese pizzas. The pizza was over cooked and one of them wasn't even cut. The staff was slow and seemed really confused. I dont know who to blame on this one, the employees or the employer? The process was all wrong. One of the members was writing an order down on the actual box. What happened to labels and organization? How do they even keep track of customers orders? Really bad process which is why I could understand the confused looks on their faces back there. I can't go back again...

This location is by far the worst Little Caesars ever! I've visited this location many times before Pre Covid and the service is always very slow. Each and every time, I have to wait a minimum of 15 mins for a pre paid online order. They absolutely never have any pizza "Hot and Ready". I reluctantly visited this store on a Friday because my kids really wanted the pizza. I placed an online order and it said that my order would be ready by 4:45. I arrive at 4:45 to a lobby full of customers waiting for their order. I had to wait another 30mins for my pizza. They are always short staffed and was always short staff Pre Covid. It's ridiculous. I can say that the guy manager was very professional. He apologized to everyone for the delay. I felt bad for him. He kept his composure while facing the other angry customers. He was working the cash register and making pizza. They really need to close shop! I'm not sure of their cleaning protocol, but it needs to be revamped. The floors in the lobby were very dirty along with the counters. They also need to give the young teenagers they hire a customer service etiquette class. I will just leave it at that. I am seriously done with this place!

I should have read the reviews before I came in last night. Staff looked like two rowdy kids that were left home alone. Nothing prepared, door dash orders that they had no clue how to track, that they couldn't fulfill. I stood 10 minutes to learn from the cook, via the cashier, they were not making deep dishes at 9:20. It might have been the universe protecting me though, because the place looked a dirty mess from where I stood.

They are pretty slow and aloof at this location. They took about 20 minutes to prepare my pizza on the spot and they showed no urgency. One lady and former Little Caesar's employee walked in to complain that her order was taking too long, and none of the workers took her seriously either. While they were making the order they started blasting music, singing, and dancing around while making the order. Once I got my pizza they never looked me in the eye, offered to give a receipt, or said a word to me. I get being bored at work, but to prioritize your own convenience over customers that are coming to spend money at your location is just immature and selfish. I won't be coming back to this location.

The worst. Don’t come to this location. I ordered online and it was no help at all I didn’t save time whatsoever because my food still wasn’t ready, so I ended up waiting 45 minutes anyway. And do not try to call in your order either because they won’t answer. I will definitely be taking that 15 minute drive over to the other little Caesar’s location from now on.
