Our experience at Brett was downright exquisite. We've done many tasting menus with paired wines, but the pairings with this meal were some of the best we've ever had. And if you have the chance to sit at the kitchen counter, I can't recommend it enough—the staff is so lovely, and they're truly working some magic back there.

Would highly recommend Brett - the food, staff, and atmosphere were all excellent. They have outdoor heated space for a pre-dinner drink, then we opted for the Chef’s Tasting Menu with paired wines. Sitting at the “kitchen counter” was fascinating to watch and interact occasionally with the Chefs. Will definitely be visiting again!

Excellent meal, I had a really good time eating at Brett. The trout was exceptional, the balance of the dish and the play on textures put this recipe on another level. I highly recommend Brett if you're in Glasgow.
