Papa Johns Pizza

I would give it a negative zero if it was available…This has got to be the absolute worst Papa Johns in the area. I’ve ordered from here multiple times for my children because for whatever reason they like this mess. But each and every time I order from papa johns the order is never right. I ordered pizza and wings tonight and a pizza was delivered, but it wasn’t the pizza we ordered and there was no wings. I called the store and spoke with a manager and he stated that there was no record of my order. I guess not when you use DOORDASH to deliver my food. With that being said I reached out to corporate with my complaint. Let’s see how long it takes for me to get my money back. I will never order from them again.

The pizza is decent, but it’s hard to really enjoy when orders aren’t accurate. I’ve given this location so many chances. Most recently, I sent a polite letter to corporate letting them know my concerns (I don’t think we’ve ever gotten exactly what we’ve ordered,) and they graciously took care of me. I decided to give it another shot today, and what do you know? Same issue. The only reason we order the large pie is for the Garlic Parm Cheese crust. We don’t need that much food and we certainly don’t need to spend that much money, but we LOVE that crust. They simply miss it. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I gave it a fair shot, but at this point, I’d rather be confident I can order delivery and have the order be exactly what I asked for. Attention to detail goes a long way, and this staff just doesn’t possess that skill, so I think it’s time for us to move on.

I’d give this location ZERO stars if I could. Ordered carry out and went in to pick up. They handed me my food and then I checked it before leaving naturally. Of course my order was wrong and the pizza dipping sauce I had asked to be replaced with cheese had spilled all over my bread sticks so they made me more. I ordered a papdilla also with cheese instead of ranch. I told them that was also incorrect. I told them I ordered 3 additional cheese cups as well. They took my food back, took out the pizza sauce from my bread sticks, put only 2 cheese cups in and did not give me the other cheese cups I ordered. Also, just realized they didn’t give me my 2 liter of Mt Dew either!
