Outback Steakhouse

Despite many of the below reviews, I decided to try my luck and specifically decided to dine in, instead of take out.. happy to report I had a great experience. Steak was cooked perfectly (medium) altho not the most tender of steaks, still good overall tho. To have the baked potato loaded, it didn't cost extra which is a bonus to the wallet. The side mac and cheese was surprisingly very delicious! I wanted to take home a slice of cheesecake but for $9, I turned it away.. For that size, it should be 5 at least!!

We took our 10 year old for his birthday at Outback in Garner. It was absolutely fantastic. Our server (Ann) was wonderful. The food was perfect. We had such a great experience that we asked for the manager to tell her as such. She took pictures of our family and was very accommodating. We were impressed overall.

Wish I could give them 10 stars!! In the past had some not so great experiences BUT today was unbelievably awesome!!! Tried the New Prime Rib Sandwich and it was big and filled to the brim with meat, onions and FRESH mushrooms with a delicious dipping sauce on the side. Loaded mashed were scraped from a fresh baked potato and topped with fresh toppings and seasonings. Also got a little bread loaf and butter even though I ordered a sandwich! Called the restaurant and spoke to Maria to thank her for my awesome meal and let her know her team did not disappoint! Yes it is pricey BUT you get what you pay for not only in the quality of the food but also the quantity.... I have enough food here for 2-3 meals!!! Big difference in having a team that just wants a pay check and one that truly cares about what they serve to their guests.THIS TEAM CARES!!!!!

First delivery from Outback. Steak was cooked perfectly. The remainder of the meal not so much. The creamed Spinach horrible, loaded mashed potatoes were OK, just cold. Grilled shrimp tiny, no fresh taste, cold. Bloomin Onion was fair, could have been great if the grease was fresh. The pecan salad was a real disappointment. The romaine was iceberg lettuce, just out of the bag with preservative smell. Baked sweet potato was very good. Trying to support local businesses is difficult with a $90 bill and less than good meal.

We are frequent customers at Outback for several reasons. First, the customer service is outstanding. We are always treated like a VIP by everyone. Next, we especially love the management team, Leslie and Maria. Both of them take time out of their busy schedule to speak with us on every single visit. The wait staff is exceptional, very professional, courteous and provides a pleasant experience. My husband and I always recommend Outback to our family and friends. I promise you will have a great experience with the team at the Outback in Garner. If I could give a higher rating, I would.

Took wife and daughter out 3/12/22, service was not so good, forgot wife's salad, plus onion in daughter's salad even knownwe asked for no onions, put tomatoes on her burger even though we asked for mot tomatoes. Blooming onion was overcooked. I will say my steak was good as well as my baked potato. Shrimp was decent too. Prices getting high too but I expect everyone's are. Been awhile and my steak and potato was great. Slow service but I expected that due to shortage
