Burger King

We went for lunch it was approximately 11:25 am I had my boyfriend order me a whopper asked nicely to have it cut in half so I could have the other half for dinner. I also asked for no salt since I just got out of The hospital I was there a month and to Watch my sodium. So they decided to re deep Fry the fries my boyfriend cut it for me. I also didn’t get my receipt for my food. I feel Sorry for when the traffic is busier

So, lets get into this. 3 Stars?? Yes, 3 Stars. I would have done 2 stars but! There are some great women who work at this location and that is why I did 3 and not 2. Lets talk about the guys. Every time I come through the drive thru, the guys who answer are very rude. As if us coming to their QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) is bothering them or its an inconvenience to them. This is consistent with most of the men I have come in contact with here. Always forgetting sauces when asked for at the menu board before getting to the window. When getting to the window each gentlemen's hands are always like covered in some type of grease or oil. The point is, they do not look like they are washing their hands and its disgusting. I don't want anyone touching my food or my money to hand it to me if their hands are gross. The women here are the complete opposite, always seem to actually care about the customer and never miss the mark. Now the food. When you go from Burger King to Burger King and location to location, most everyone expects constancy with the food. This location does a great job with the food. I love Burger King and I love to come here on my lunch break throughout the week, because it is the closest one to me. But I will gladly go somewhere else and recommend other places to friends and family.

BK's food was actually pretty good this time. Fries, onions rings, chicken nuggets, quarter pounder, and kids meal were all handed to us prepared to order. At each and every, single, BK location we've been to we've either gone thru the drive-thru or one of us ran inside to order at counter. BK is my 4yo's favorite place to get a cheeseburger in a hurry, we have probably stopped to grab either or lunch or dinner 10-15 times over course of last 5 months. And that's at various locations between Gainesville, GA and Centerville, GA and everywhere in between. EVERY BK are VERY short staffed; some are either operating without a properly trained store manager or without any store manager at all.

Went thru drive thru and ordered 2 Chi-Kings. I was only charged for one. When I asked about the other one she didn't even ring the right one up. I got my order and had to go in to get it fixed. The manager didn't even apologize just took my card rang up the right sandwich handed me my card back telling me I was charged for the right item and walked away. Not very good customer service. Then by that time the tea was hot and the food was cold... won't come back to this one again.

I go here for lunch somtimes because it's close to my work. The food and the service are on par with other fast food places but their Coke is flat every single time. Last time I checked it BEFORE driving away and was able to get a replacement. But, I didn't check the second one before driving off and it turned out to be worse than the first one had been. I would still go back but I won't be paying for anymore flat Cokes.
