How in the world is this place still open?? I just received my order from this location and I can not even begin to describe how disgusting it looked! I literally couldn't even eat it and had to purchase dinner from somewhere else for my family. They didn't have a meatball sub so I asked that they sub that with a BLT so I could have it for lunch tomorrow. They literally sent me shriveled up bread with just bacon. None of the orders were right. I never leave reviews but this was so disgusting that I felt the need to. I won't ever be going back to this location again.

Placed an order online and it was a very large order, and I gave them plenty of time past what they had said it would take on my receipt. I showed up 20 minutes past when I was supposed to get it and I'm still in here waiting for it to be made. This is incredibly unprofessional, and not to mention there's only ONE worker in here and she has people lined up past me. She had to make my large order of 10 sandwiches by herself while more people piled in. Someone in management needs to get their sh*t together BIG TIME!

If I could give a negative rating I would. My husband and kids went in on a Sunday ( a fairly busy day) and one of the employees was playing inappropriate music in the restaurant. (Very inappropriate). As we where ordering they started getting plenty of other customers. So one of the lady employees started telling her coworker (the one who was making our sandwiches) don’t worry they’ll all leave eventually because of the waiting time . They where taking way too long to prep our sandwiches. Would not recommend. Last but not least the restaurant was pretty filthy .

Customer service was the worst I've seen. They didn't have most of the meats or veggies. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki, when they went to put veggies on my sandwich I said I wanted the sweet onion sauce. They said oh yeah we're out of that. Like most of the stuff. The staff was rude to us and to the customer behind us. I will never go there again bored do I advise anyone else to go there either. I will be call the manager and the main office.

I placed an online order for a steak and cheese sandwich today and then received a call from the manager saying she was out of steak (🙁). I could choose to delay my order or get a refund. She allowed me to just change the meat. I didn’t get the sandwich I ordered BUT I did get great service, a smile, and an extra cookie (thank you ☺️). You made my day better! My son also says thank you for the cookie! The sandwich was also great. She’s a great manager!
