Taco Bell

while I've had positive experiences during the middle of the day, I decided to order breakfast online when I was in a hurry to get out of the house. I got there around 9:45 which is past the time google said they would be open. I rolled up and got no response through the intercom so I got to the window and one of the men said they opened at 10, since it was only 5 minutes away at that point, I decided to wait. I come up again at 10:05 and they still aren't answering so I figured whatever ill just wait in line. Its not almost 10:15, no one has come on to take my order. I already paid for my food and have been waiting. This place is ridiculous sometimes as they lock the doors before closing, and typically have rude service. I don't know if ill be coming here again.

Most horrible service of a chain restaurant I’ve ever experienced. I’ve given this taco bell the benefit of the doubt on FOUR separate occasions and was met with a completely wrong order. Workers are oblivious on how to use mobile ordering so make sure to order in the drive-thru. Regardless, your order will probably come out completely wrong.

Me and my friends are on the hunt for food at around 10pm on a Tuesday afternoon. The chipotle line is too long, so we reasonably make the trip to the inferior Mexican restaurant: Taco Bell. The boys pull up to eat, and each order 4 tacos a piece. We receive our meals, (or so we thought!), after being charged for 12 tacos. Soon we come to realization that we were only served 8 tacos!!!!!! This was obviously an INEXCUSABLE mistake and I will never return to this establishment. Join my rebellion!

crew is nice but app is advertising food they dont have, so by the time i got there i already had paid more than i shouldve. after giving me substitutions for the things they didnt have they put tomatoes on everything i asked for no tomatoes on, and then i waited 30 mins for them to bring out the makeup order. i try to be patient with restaurant service but this was pretty frustrating
