The food wasn’t that good; the mixed rice and noodles didn’t have flavors or salt. I wouldn’t say I liked the orange chicken, and the Angus steak was ok. Overall the quality was very little compared to the price of $11 for a small quantity.

Rude slow and refuses to give drink refills. $2.30 for a cup of mainly ice is ridiculous. Don't spend your money here.

this place will take every chance to give as little as possible while asking for the full price. I can count the beef in my broccoli beef. not acceptable for a 12 dollar meal

I historically have had good experiences at Panda Express, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The food was overcooked and awful. When I asked for it to be replaced (not even a refund) and to be given fortune cookies that weren’t stale, the manager (Alicia as I was told) laughed in my face and told me no. I was given two new fortune cookies to make up for my poor experience and wasted food. I have been in the service industry for 13 years and this is an unacceptable way to handle this sort of situation. I’m appalled. Hopefully you will fix this kind of behavior for future customers.

Food is good, service is bad. My wife went through a 17 person line at Chick Fil A and I had only moved 3 spots. Also mentioned that wanted 2 portions of chocken, one veggie and one rice and the lady kep telling me it couldn't be done. After a mijute back and forth I was able to specify how she could make that happen.
Suggestions: Hire more people for busy times and simplify your menu, the sifferente entrees, sides per size of dish makes it complicated for the customer.

I order food through the window orange chicken and mushrooms and zucchini chicken with half rice and noodles and got home and notice I had lots of noodles and very little rice on top of the noodles and had a small amount of orange chicken and 3 peices of chicken for the mushroom chicken very small serving. My husband portion was huge and got charged for two egg rolls when I ordered 1. Tried calling but no one answer, just saying if were going to support you dont RIP the customer off.

The line was not too long, about 3 people or so, yet somehow it took more than 10 minutes. We noticed that in the kitchen, the cooks were cooking the meals, without any gloves, then touching the trash can and then back to cooking. As we finally arrived at the checkout, the lady at the cashier asked all 3 of us in the line if we wanted any drinks. My grandma was said no and was about to say she would like water, but then the cashier cut her off. We finally checked out, and my grandma asked for water, and the lady replied, very rudely, that when she asked if she wanted anything to drink she said no. The cashier was out of line, may I also add that she was very rude to the people in front of us as well. There was also no reason to why it took so long, as there was only 3 of us, and this is a fast food place, where the meals were already cooked in front of them, ready to be served.

I would have given this place a five star. If it wasn't for employee. A staff member who made my family uneasy. I took my kids before to Panda Express, although the one on Loop 288 was the first time and the last time. The lady cashing us out told my oldest son, no you can't take the trays until you pay. Although he did tell her, my mom is the one paying and she's paying for all 4 trays. She didn't allow him to go sit with the rest of the kiddos. I told her, that I was paying for all 4 trays. I couldn't go to the front of the line, because it was extremely crowded. I told my son to take the little ones and two trays with him, as he was doing she grabbed the tray and said no. I told him, let's walk out then. Then she let go of the tray, I finally came up and paid all for trays, I told her that was unprofessional of her to treat her customers that way. With an ugly stare, disgustingly snare and grunt came out of her she gave me the amount. As she didn't care, when I asked her for some utensils, she didn't acknowledge me until I paid for everything. I asked again, she looked at me and said you should have asked before, and you have to get in the line to get them. Remind you the line was full. The guy next to me saw, she was giving me a hard time. So he asked the lady, who was making his plate for the utensils and extra sauces. If it wasn't for him, I would have stepped out. Don't get wrong, the food is deliciously fantastic! I have always loved Panda Express food. Every restaurant is different. Never, have I felt the way I did that day. If I was alone I would have walked out. But because I had my children, I didn't. I made sure I didn't make a sence or show any frustration. I made sure my kids had a great experience, thank goodness that the little ones didn't know what was going on. Just the older kids, now they make excuses not to go to Panda Express on loop 288 in Denton. So, if we want Panda Express we'll go to another city to get their delicious food.
