Normally great.this location is hit or miss. I ordered curbside and had to go in and get it anyway. After 25 min it still wasn't ready when I went back to the counter again they shoved a bag at me and I was dismissed. I had to track down the kid to ask for my drink cup and just go fill it myself, not a big deal except it was supposed to be curbside. When I left as I was going to be late getting back from lunch(the whole point of ordering online early) I checked the bag. The fries were dumped upside down in the bag and were so cold they were stiff. The Burger was totally wrong ice cold and the paper it was wrapped it was SOAKED with grease. The drink was good. When I got back to work I just pitched the whole thing and ate lunch out of the vending machine. I have been to this location when everything was good, but 50% of the time it is cold wrong and inedible.I won't be gambling on this place for a good long time. Too bad as it is pretty close to work.

As a morning person, it's important to me that servers at any restaurant are cheerful in the early hours. I was not disappointed at this location. The overnight staff person was incredibly helpful and friendly considering he had been up all night. The place was very clean, coffee was ready and served hot with a smile. I'll definitely be returning.

The drive thru could be managed a little better. I’ve noticed that a certain night crew tends to do a little better, and that’s the group that works during the weekdays. It’s composed of mostly older Hispanic/Latino employees. They are such patient hard working people, they always get my order right and they treat me with so much respect and kindness. If only the rest of the staff could be like this too. Props to those employees though, it’s a small group of like four people that are of Hispanic/Latino descent.

What has happened here? Extremely long waits every time, half the time the order is wrong, or something is missing even just a simple burger seems like it can't be made right. Honestly I say just avoid this location if you can. I hate being "that person" but I'm legitimately never coming back here to this one. Train your staff to be competent, instead of just some goobers playing with food. Should probably teach them how to talk to people instead of being snappy and rude.

Horrible service! horrible food! Went here at night or early morning on. 06/30/22 I ordered a chicken sandwich, the sandwich was simply horrible old stale & dried out lettuce was withered like sandwich had been sitting all day......after I get home & discovered what had been served to me I had to drive back to establishment only to encounter a manager who could careless about the service I received on her shift. No apology was offered no coupons no free meal not even a would you like us to make you a fresh order.....absolutely nothing!

It just depends. The food is either great, hot and what you would expect or it's all room temperature and you can tell it has been sitting out for a bit. I have always had pleasant service though.

I had a meeting at 8 o clock 5 minutes away from this store. I had my pickup set on the app between 835 and 840. The lady said my order didn't come through and they started making it at 745, which they typically need 30 minutes for orders over $80. The girl at the front was short with me, annoyed, as if it were my fault that my order was late. I've been spending about $500-$600 a week ordering my catering orders for meetings through whataburger. This location essentially told me in one visit that I need to take my catering orders back to chic-fil-a.

The food is okay, but they manage to get our order wrong 90% of the time. Also, the customer service is really poor. I have stood at the counter before to pick up a "curbside" order for 15 minutes without a single employee acknowledging that I existed (we waited in the car for 20 minutes AFTER our scheduled pickup time so I went inside to get it).
