Thanks to T mobile Tuesday we sought this place out and I'm grateful. Staff was friendly and courteous. Subs were very generous size(we got mediums) a very good overall experience. I like Firehouse because their subs are more like hoagie style that I'm used to from the Jersey/Philly area, so way to go guys. Would definitely recommend. Oh and the brownies are awesome:)

There hasn't been a time where the sandwich I got from here wasn't really good! Decided to try the brisket and cheddar sub and now it is my favorite over my usual turkey bacon ranch! I highly recommend both though! Although the turkey bacon ranch is pretty messy! I love that they support law enforcement too.

Very disappointing. The store is clean, the servers are responsive and friendly. The sub was made quickly and everyone observed COVID masking protocols. I am a lover of subs, but live in a remote place now. I ordered the cheese steak having not had one in years. It was small and tasted like something you get at the movie theater. The chips were good, but the small bag only had a few chips. Just really underwhelming.

Updated review: Food is absolutely amazing. Our previous experience didn’t go as expected but the management and team at this location really care about the quality of service they provide. We decided to go in again and the sandwiches are consistently great, staff is friendly and positive and our orders were out quick. Make no mistake, they take ownership of performance and want to go above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves full and happy. Definitely stop in, you won’t regret it.

the food is soooo soggy and messy , im muslim and i said NO PORK , and to please clean the utensils, cause cross contamination, the dude looked at me like i had 2 heads and said “i don’t have the time for that “ . the sandwich was gross and the cookies taste undercooked . Don’t waste your time coming here .
