Subway

Won't be going back to this location. Sunday evening 5/8 ordered 4 footlongs and one 6" whomever made the the basic Spicy Italian 6" screwed up royally. (Really wish I had taken a.picture ) It was disgusting and not edible. We had taken the sandwiches home to eat and by the time we had sat down to eat and saw the screw up, the location was already closed and so we couldn't call to notify them of it. I filled out the customer satisfaction survey that was sent to me adding the experience in there. Stopped by today 5/12 after work to see if they would right the wrong. No such luck. The manager on duty approx 11:45am was less than pleasant. Not only did she not even offer to talk to me after I spoke with a very pleasant employee, (she was by the register, I was at the ordering side of the counter) she flippantly said she would give me a discount but wouldn't remake the sandwich. Their mistake cost them my business. Very poor customer service.

With only one car ahead of me after waiting for 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru they informed me they only Bread available was wheat, wasn't a big deal. . Out of all the veggies I ordered, all I got was lettuce and tomato. There was paper still on the cheese so I end up eating paper. Worst subway experience I've ever had. It's like the employees do it on purpose. I don't understand anymore.

While not the best subway I've ever eaten at, for being as busy as they are, the staff does a fairly good job of keeping up and still doing a good job. My main complaints with the restaurant is probably how they had to do the drive thru which can back up and block off the parking lot and sometime into the busy street and the conditions of the lettuce which usually looks browning and wilted. Probably more the suppliers then the workers but still a bummer. I recommend getting spinach.

I went through the drive through, I ordered a veggie. I basically only got bread. This used to be the best subway, they would actually make the sandwiches good. Now they are skimping. I emailed Subway's customer service. They offered for me to go back to the Subway for a free sandwich. I'm sorry but no, why would I want a sandwich to look just like this again. No thank you. I will not go back there. I asked them for a virtual card instead, this was 7 days ago. Still haven't received anything back. Very disappointed.

Lorie was very nice and professional . She did a fantastic job on my sandwich. I had the black forest sub with the works . Lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, olives, green pepper, onions and cucumbers and American cheese on wheat toasted bread ....plus this time around I included pickles....oh my it was delicious! Also did mayo and mustard. Something different....I went to the one on Jefferson called the Hollows. Awesome people.
