Taco Bell

This is the best Taco Bell, in my opinion. Obviously the food at Taco Bell is consistent. The people working here set it apart from the rest. The employees tend to treat their customers like people. When i go here, I don't merely feel like I'm a number. The employees interact with customers in a real nice way. This is not my first visit and won't be my last. By the way, I drove past 2 other TBs on my way.

If i could add a video i would. Unfortunately a women in drive-through got upset and drove over their grass. After finding out the front door was locked but other customer's where still inside. A gentlemen was kind enough to bring out our online order to us. Our order was missing an burrito which was replaced after the gentlemen had to yell at another worker. The gentlemen had to make a second trip for our drinks. On the way home our drinks fell all over unfortunately our drink carrier was wet and didn't hold up.

We used to Taco Bell chili cheese burrito locator and found that they had chili cheese burritos. The cashier was very sweet. The burritos really hit the spot. I really wish that they would bring these back especially at the Hobart Indiana Taco Bell. The Taco Bell by us they do away with everything that is good so that they can put new stuff on the menu constantly. Big shout out to this Taco Bell though they were very quick especially for how packed they were and the cashier was phenomenal.

This review is a tough one, but I decided to go with 3. Let me explain: on 6/3/22 I went to the drive thru late around 1130 and waited 45 mins total. However I had no problem with it at all due to the fact there was ONE GUY running the store. I’m kicking myself for not catching his name but he has long red hair. This guy killed it given the circumstances. He was very apologetic, despite not needing to be, and had an excellent attitude. On top of that, it was the best Taco Bell I ever had. Cheers to this guy for absolutely killing it and deciding to not walk off after being put in this position. There were two other workers who arrived eventually but instead of helping, they sat in a booth?? Anyway best and worst experience ever, but this cannot be the bar.

If I could rate a negative 10 I would. Ordered food 1.5 hours ago on doordash. Still hasn’t arrived. I could’ve drove to the store and bought the ingredients to make the food and cooked it all myself at this point. Had I known service would’ve been slower than molasses I would’ve never ordered at all. How in gods name do you make a 10 minute order almost take 2 hours.
