Taco Bell

Went through the drive through. No one came on to take my order. Pulled to the window to see the woman on her phone with head set off. I sat there. The woman finally got off her phone partially to put her head set on and proceed to take the order of the car now at the speaker. The manager came to the window and as I was explaining what happened the woman stopped taking the order off the next person and proceeded to try and argue with me. The manager walked away and she slammed the window.

I would give negative stars if I could. They messed up my whole order. I said no onions and they still gave me on onions twice. I said add black beans and with the other beans, but they replaced the regular beans with black beans. They forgot to give some of the things I ordered. Also one of the workers looked really high as if he just smoked a joint or something.

If you come late at night (3am-ish), expect to be disappointed. The drive thru was closed upon arriving, and that put me off. The dining room was disgusting, and they were out of cinnamon twists (and a lot of other things) and only told us after taking our order. They only have 2 stars as of now because we haven't gotten our food yet.

I don't usually have anything bad to say about a Taco Bell, but this one severely disappointed me. The dining room was unkempt, with trash lying around everywhere. I genuinely couldn't tell if they were just short staffed, or had been ignoring the issue. I suspect the latter, however, as both attendants decided to go to break together, leaning the station unmanned, and there dining room as ugly as it was when they arrived. "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean." Also didn't help that they were literally out of everything. Do better, I know you can.
