Lobster Express

Stopped through to pick up dinner on my way down to Charleston, super easy to get to from the interstate. A great family-owned establishment, perfect for grabbing something to take for the road. The food was killer! Would definitely recommend the duck egg rolls (the sauce made it) and the peachy pecan chicken.

I cannot say enough about Lobster Express Co! I ordered the Maine Lobster, which was larger than I expected, and extremely flavorful and juicy. The delivery arrived precisely on time, and the delivery person was incredibly friendly. TIP: Download their app, and get $5 off your first order! We will definitely be ordering again - it's the most convenient and affordable way to have a delicious lobster dinner!

I stopped by here intentionally while traveling to Williamsburg. They managed “Fitzgeralds” ( known for their Thursday Lobster nite) on Hilton Head Is, SC until the property was sold for condos. NOTE: They are in the same building as “Julia Belles” and it’s “ all in the family”. This is not your regular southern dive diner except in atmosphere. The food is simple, good and fresh with a twist in some dishes and desserts. All are homemade. They made very good use of their lobster tank here. Lobster Express is only open for dinner Thursday - Saturday 5pm-9pm but Julia Belles takes up the slack for lunch and dinner otherwise. This is a fast food break from driving where you can eat a Burger & fries. Chicken & fried green tomatoes. Or sea your food come to the table as, Lobster, Alligator, shrimp & grits, low country boil, crab cakes etc. All under $20 ( and staff are very friendly) On the road? Call for take out. I will definitely return if I’m in the area again.
