Worst Subway ever rude Indian lady literally told us she was angry that we were ordering there because she wanted to close early granted it was 20 minutes until 8 and the sign says closes at 9. Got very rude with me said if I want to use the restroom to go somewhere else basically shoot us away never spending money with this location again. Learn customer service skills

I ordered a tuna sub last Wednesday at 730pm , I noticed the knife that used to spread the tuna was just sitting in the tuna container, after the tuna was spread the knife was returned to the tuna container. Well needless to say at 3am I had a serve case of food poisoning. I contacted the store and received an email that had nothing to do with the content of complaint, the e mail included explanations of new practices to improve customer service an apology that the service did not meet my expectations and offered me a free sub. I wanted a refund because I will never eat there again. I am going to contact corporate again and post this on our local Facebook page

Today was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at any subway restaurant. I ordered two foot-long sandwiches. There was a coupon for a buy one get one free in the app. I paid for my order through the app. When I got to the store I sent my daughter in to pick up our order since it was paid for and should be ready to go. The owner of the store is talking to her very loudly with his heavy accent and tells her that he refuses our order because he does not except coupons. He said some other things that she was unable to make out before leaving the store. When I went inside I was told the same thing. He kept raising his voice telling me he does not except coupons. I said the coupon was on the app and I already paid for my purchase. He refused to issue my refund and told me to dispute through the app. Needless to say this was a very upsetting experience to me and my child and I left the restaurant without getting my money refunded. Now I have to fight and file a dispute to get reimbursed. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at the subway location. Unfortunately it is the closest one to my house and my children love subway. I will not step foot into this location again. This stores employees make Subway look bad!

This place is horrible. They added extra items to my bill when ringing me up and then tried to not give me my receipt. I asked for the receipt and she tried to stuff it down in the bag so I wouldn’t notice the extra stuff she added. When I questioned it she said I asked for “extra cheese”, funny one of the subs didn’t even have cheese but she rang it with double...scammers

The time is 9:35 on a Saturday evening. Miss Subway says that they're open until 10. I pull up to the door and there's open sign in the window and the employee looks over at me shut all the lights off in the building. Now if your hours say you're open until 10 oh, you should be open till 10. This franchise he saw me coming in and turn the lights off on me. They looked right at me when I pulled up with a disgusted look on their face. And they wonder why they don't have more business. Well they just lost me as a customer and I would suggest everybody else put them out of business. And they can go back to the drawing board and learn a little customer service. I don't know how they do it where they come from wherever that may be keep customers if you alienate them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I always get a spinach wrap with turkey and cheese toasted... at any other subway they toast the turkey and cheese alone then place it on the wrap. They told me that it was not allowed. My boyfriend's sandwich was messy and they were skimpy on toppings. Terrible service. Worst subway I've ever been to in my life.
