I would give them a zero. Rude bartender and owner, unfortunately they gave me a horrible first time experience. Waited at the bar for fifteen minutes, no acknowledgment, i get it. It was busy, they were understaffed and very loud crowd not to mention. So I thought by now I'd get the bartenders attention and with a very loud crowd, i had to voice myself over them and said hey to a bartender pacing by, she looked at me and says "yelling isn't gonna help" and walks on. This guy sitting at the bar to my left tells me the same. I was very confused otherwise how else was i or anyone else ever gonna get helped. Then he says yea I'm the owner. I thought this was very unfair and vice versa. Just like how they thought you shouldn't "treat"the bartender with disrespect (which i had no meaning for) You don't treat customers like that either. Never going again.
