Order 3 items. Donuts were wrong ones I wanted. One my breakfast sandwich were wrong and the other was correct. It burned. The drive threw worker yelling mad and rudely threw donuts in box with no gloves. Disgusting

Six people working I waited 15 minutes for my medium hot coffee. I never actually got the coffee I had to just leave because I couldn’t wait any longer. Not to mention NO masks and one them was coughing everywhere. I’m glad I didn’t get my coffee. It was only two other people there and they were all just chatting it up. Dunkin’ is falling apart.

If I could give a 0 I would. I stop at this location 2 times a day and it is progressively worse. This morning 20 minutes standing in the store waiting. Drive thru was taken care but not the inside sales. Sane this this afternoon. Waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. I will not be coming here again. I will go out of my way to find a better location that cares for their customers.

Horrible service...
The teenage girl working on drive thru was super rude from the beginning. Had an attitude giving me back my card. I asked for a medium iced caramel swirl no sugar and she gave me regular coffee.
When I told her that I couldn't taste the caramel she argued back with me. Remade my coffee and it was still the same, I saw a bit of caramel on the side of the cup but still didn't taste the same as always.
Definitely not happy at all.

The employee that helped me today was Alaizia and she ruined the experience for me. She was very rude, slamming stuff, brought me my drink and just dropped them, no straws, would not even acknowledge me when I needed something. Just an overall bad encounter.
