Mcdonald's

I’m very disappointed. I go to McDonald’s on a rare occasion because I’m pregnant and some nights don’t feel like cooking. The food is terrible, the workers don’t care. Get it together, if I’m going to spend the money I at least want to receive what I ordered. Not only that if one thing was missing that’s fine, but if half the order is missing and the other half was made completely incorrect I don’t even know what to say.

My son applied for a job there went for his interview got the job they gave a high school student a schedule of 1-5 however that doesn't work when you are still in high school. Turned in a schedule that would work for him after school and still be able to do his homework. Stood in the lobby for over 30 minutes to have him turn the schedule in. 1 day before he was supposed to start his job no call on his new schedule. My son called and talked to the gentleman who interviewed him. The gentleman said Yes, I can make your schedule work. Let me give you a call back. Well low and behold that has been over two weeks going on 3 weeks. It is completely disrespectful to hire them and then not even call them like you said you would do and work with their new schedule. Yes, your school schedule will work for us and then no phone call. This is not how management should treat people who actually want to work for you. I will never have my son apply for a job there again. Hopefully the franchise owners realize what kind of management they have working for them. This is totally disgusting on your part and disrespectful. This actually deserves no stars but I don't have that option. Sad thing is the franchise owners probably don't even care what management has done to this location looking at all the other reviews not one response to be run this way and not give a care in the world about it. Shame on you for allowing this.

Did not have a sign up to not have kids in play place. We went in and it was filthy. Kids were up in the top of the ply place and made us drag our screaming kids out. The guy manager told us it was fine to keep playing but the other manager came out and made us come out. The play place was closed because of staff not cleaning. Disgusting and lazy.

Don’t go to this McDonald’s location often because my order is always awful, decided to walk in today and order figured they don’t hear me right in the drive thru. And yet again didn’t do the burger right even after explaining “no mustard, no ketchup” still had ketchup….ordered a large fry and it was barely filled half way with STALE OLD fries and they forgot the sauce to the nuggets. Also went in a few weeks ago to get my grandson a happy meal and they didn’t even add his nuggets to his happy meal!! All he got was a toy and apples. Disappointing.
