Del Taco

Such a discouraging experience today that tarnished the DelTaco brand. The lobby was closed with poor signage while we watched many potential customers walk to the Popeyes versus waiting in the drive through line. After waiting through the line, we saw two cars leave without food. As it turned out, their credit card machine was declining Visa cards. Luckily we had a non-Visa card. When we went to eat our meals, we discovered that the taco order was incorrect and missing meat. Is this what a now $.89 taco gets you?! How are you supposed to bring this to the attention of the store when the lobby is closed and the phone is never answered? I'll never be back.

This store has slowly declined in quality. They’ve definitely lost sight in quality in order to get the line through. Cutting food safety corners and half slapping the food together. We ordered 8 snack quesadillas for the kids and they stacked them all into a square tostada size box not wrapped or anything. Tortilla exposed box didn’t fully close. This is what you get from somebody’s house not something I’d go pay for. The biggest problem is these weren’t new employees and I believe the employee who handed me this lazy box was a manager or has at least been there for a while.

First of all there should be a zero star option on these reviews. Secondly the lady working the drive thru window 9-27-21 at 2:10pm was very disrespectful. Literally snatched my credit card out of my hand, didn’t tell me how much the order was to begin with and didn’t give a receipt. I also asked her for mild sauce after I got my order and noticed no sauce in the bag after I asked at the drive thru speaker. She didn’t reply or even acknowledge I asked for some. I asked again and got a snappy attitude from her and she said “I’m getting it”. Lastly the new chicken guacamole tostada they have looked really good in the picture. Not in the box. See my attached photo. The people in the kitchen can’t take the extra 2 seconds to make the food look good? Can’t spread the ingredients out to even cover the shell? This place deserves new people that want to work there and will enjoy their job. Very disappointed with this location. 11053 E I-25 Frontage Rd, Firestone CO 80504.

Rudest staff ever. After waiting in line for them to fix an order they messed up, they began talking trash acting like the couldn't be heard because they were hiding behind the fry machine. The lack of personal hygiene is astounding, I could literally smell the lady at the window from the passenger seat. Utterly foul. The meat was old and chewy. And they mustn't understand the concept of fresh fries or salt. I'd ask for my money back but I highly doubt the current staff is competent enough to complete a refund.

If you cant go in dont go there lol, order will probably be wrong. Go here quite often but sheesh 2 snack tacos and a crunchtada isnt that much to ask for :(. Lobby closed, dont go I didnt even eat it that's how gross your teenager kids make it look lol weird no respect yuck walk next door to Wendy's
