Burger King

I gave it four stars because I got it "Fresh Off The Broiler ". I don't mind the extra wait because I give "Good Money" in the hopes of getting "Good Food"! I've also noticed that the later you go, the worst the level of service you get. I'm sorry for this last part but it is the truth to me. Burger King, please understand that customers shouldn't have to ask for better service, it should be "Fresh Off The Broiler" for Every order and not "Fresh Out The Warmer"(just to save time).

We pulled up to the drive-thru menu and weren't ready to order yet because they have so many new things we were going to take a second and look. Somebody came on the speaker and said go ahead with your order. You told them we were just like one second please we haven't decided yet. Not even a second later another person said can I take your order.? once again we ask them for another second that we were not ready to order. Then another person came on and said I need to take your order don't you know we're on a timer?? Unbelievable at this point we haven't even been sitting at the Order menu for a minute yet.. we just went ahead and ordered whatever. Then we get up to the pay window and they take our money and tell us they're going to need us to pull up because we're waiting on fries and chicken... So we pull up and sit out in the parking lot about 10 minutes waiting on our food. I will not be going back to this Burger King if I'm ever in Birmingham again. So completely rushed. And then the food didn't even taste good.

I bought 2 fish sandwiches..they were burnt(dark dark brown) not golden brown and a drink that was watered down!! for $9.01..i work too hard to waste my money fooling round with them..I will NEVER take another chance with my money..I knew better because I have had SEVERAL!! Awful experiences with this business..Save your MONEY keep going...

This company. Burger King. Has went from Sprint to Verizon in my opinion. The cheeseburgers are off the charts better than the pink slim at (rhymes with, Frackmonalds). The nuggets are noticeably better that the other Mack Nuggets. Just like Hyundai. Burger King has more than stepped up their Brand Name. They are quite simply better than the competition now.! Know that...!

Up front staff very nice. I got a lot of negative responses when I returned my hamburger because it was so cold the cheese wouldn't melt. This was from the manager. On a monday around 1:30. I finally got a chicken club. The cold burger club bread was toasted, the chicken club was not. I guess she got me.

Ok so I think this the 1 in Ensley I gave them 3 stars bout a month ago. But I take that back today I went to the drive thru an sat there for bout 10min without anybody ever coming to the speaker!!! Soooo when I do finally make it to the window I know 3 different employees and the manager looks at me and never come to the window smh communication is key an I understand allota things but that there didn't really make sense to me an I go there all the time an they always having problems but they let me know therefore I would still bare with them but after today I wish I would go back🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Yo BK! What up? Not my order, that's for sure. Always been slow here so I had a great idea! Use the BK app, order ahead, and check in a few min before I get there! Yeah, no, surprisingly, it's even slower to order through the app than it is to sit in the drive thru. The manager is the only one that ever seems to be working; everyone else is usually just standing around. At least they're cleaner than MCD across the street...
