We sat up for an Christmas vendor event and every employee there were great super friendly and s9me 9f the best customer service I've ever experienced. Then the food was great pizza was great and one of the best hoagies I've had in years highly recommend this Richard's Thank you for an excellent experience

Excellent pizza! Richard’s is generous with cheese and toppings, and the crust is a perfect mix of a little crunch but still light and fluffy. Chicken, bacon & ranch is a must, but you can’t go wrong with a classic like pepperoni either. Steak hoagies are one of their claims to fame, they do go heavy on onion so ask for light if that’s not your thing. Highly recommended.

The last time I ate inside this restaurant for a meal at lunch, I had a terrible experience with a rude and incompetent employee behind the counter, I think she was one of the managers. Have not eaten in the store since then, but I do occasionally order a carry out for a steak sandwich when I'm feeling low on my grease quotient for the month. I've often thought about suggesting Richard's rename the steak sandwich for the Exxon Valdez, for the grease slick it always leaves on the package it comes in. Actually, the steak sandwich today was not nearly as greasy as some of the ones I have received in the past, and it was in fact, quite good. Kudos to Richards for continuing to offer curbside pick up. That is often a factor in my decision to carry out there. The real stand out event of the experience, though, was the service I received from the young gal who delivered my sandwich to me. I THINK this was Melissa, but the person who answered my call when I arrived, the kind young lady who brought the food out to me was totally committed to good customer service, and I so very much appreciate that. I hope she is there to handle my future orders

Great time with a large group of 16 at Richard's in Fairfield. They set us up in part of their party hall. It was so great to be able to chat without bothering anyone. Food was great, from salads to pasta to the steak sandwiches. Clean and spacious. Ordered at the counter and food was delivered as it was made - we all had numbers. A great time by all!
