Dunkin'

On-the-go ordering is terrible at this location. If you order more than one of an item, they give you only one. I ordered 3 chocolate donuts and they only gave me one. Another time I ordered TWO orders of the 2-pack ham and cheese rollups and they only gave me one. Ladies at the window are extremely nasty and rude.

TLDR; Understaffed and overworked and badly trained leads to good employees overworking themselves while others cause the mess that leads to 2 stars. Coffee sometimes isn't fresh. Sandwich takes too long, sometimes rude cashier. It's a Dunkin donuts, they just don't pay enough for their people to care.

This used to be my favorite location and I'd walk out of my way just to go here because they'd make my drinks correctly. But ever since they've acquired new people it's been the worst service. Today I asked politely if I could just have something added, not that she did it wrong and I got an attitude and her telling her coworker how she did it already. Thats not good customer service and that's just plain rude! And after all of that it still doesn't taste right. I come in here all the time but I think I'll take my business elsewhere.
