7-eleven

Went for a long walk. My phone died. After walking in a huge circle, I got confused due to construction. I stopped in this store to ask for help. I got looked at like I was crazy. They can sell me a cord but can't help me call my husband. I said I'm lost, scared and my phone is dead. I cried and asked him to call 911. A customer helped me not the people working. The people in this store are not here to help. They are here to make a profit and sqint at you if your asking for true help. Don't buy from this type. If they want to serve the public they should learn to care. Iv never been so angry in my life. I pay 1600 for rent in this area that cant help one another out. But guy I'll sell ya something. Pathetic.

I only went there once and never am going back again. The second I went in there, I felt like I was being stared down my neck, and that's because the employees were. I felt so intimidated. I get that you don't want people stealing stuff from your store and that might be why you were all doing that, but basic decency and customer service shouldn't diminish because of it. I felt so uncomfortable so I left and the cashier lady started accusing me of stealing and after showing her literally all my pockets were empty, she let me leave. I probably would have actually bought something if they didn't stare down at me just trying to see if I wanted anything. Absolutely never going there again. If this is an intimidation tactic to make people buy things, then you need to relearn how to treat people because staring down at them isn't the way to do it. Again, I understand not wanting people to steal, but accusing people of stealing after making them too uncomfortable to buy anything is the worst tactic ever. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would because even 1 star feels too generous.

I had just purchased a Pixel 4 XL and it didn't come with a USB to micro USB-C charger which would have been compatible with my car charger, instead it came with a micro USB-C to micro USB-C... The lovely lady who was working behind the counter was named Lacy, she was working all by herself on a busy shift, have a delivery had come a couple hours earlier than expected, she not only helped me charge my phone put away the order that was not her duty to do so such that it did not sit in the floor an unsafe manner as a tripping hazard, and she did not pass the buck to the next shift,she made sure that I was taken care of by not only charging my phone for me by a couple of minutes but making sure that I was good before she left. Amazing customer service, amazing attitude despite unusual circumstances, I have used the gun to another 7-Eleven in the area as they have provided me quality customer service throughout the years but I am making the switch to this location just because of this employee... Lovely Lacey. If you are a 7-Eleven customer which many of you are as it is a all American staple, please come to this one if possible in the area. And if you happen to work as a big rig in the 7-Eleven corporate structure, Lacey takes it all in stride and achievs great customer service despite the factors... this businessman would say simply put she's at least deserved of a raise if not promotion, I would say both. On a more personal note she is so friendly and so attractive she has options and can go work anywhere else but is still here fulfilling her duty to 711. More people in the world could be like Lacey and if they were it would be a better place. Thank you 7-Eleven and especially thank you Lacey...
