Mcdonald's

I was told to wait out front for 2 hash browns. I asked for ketchup which wasn't put in bag not a huge deal but the hash browns were disgusting. They were not cooked all the way, falling apart and lightly brown color like they were soaked in oil just not fully fried. Super GROSS! Thanks for reminding me why I stopped coming here.

Management offers to replace my chicken nuggets? No Thanks. I need someone to reach out to me asap. My son got about 5 nuggets in and came to me saying "Dad why do these taste like honey"... "what? They only have regular and spicy". Long story short we ordered 40 nuggets total and 30 of the 40 WERE COMPLETELY RAW INSIDE. MY SON ATE 4 OR 5 before questioning it being cold and tasting nasty. He got good poisoning. You need to respond to this and train your managers there how to actually deal with this situation. Making new nuggets isn't enough. Doubt my kid will ever want nuggets from McDonald's ever again.

This McDonald's is right by my work. It doesn't matter what day or time of the week I go there, the food is ALWAYS cold. The fries seem like they are precooked and left under a semi-warm heat lamp. For a location with such high traffic I am surprised and really disappointed. I hardly ever go there for this reason. When I do, I am reminded all over again why I don't go to this one.

Always dislike McDucks flavored plastic mystery food. Yes I've eaten there when it's the only place open. I can't resist the temptation of a hot caramel sundae with extra extra caramel other than that every time I eat their food I feel ill seriously doesn't matter what I eat chicken nuggets or Big Mac it makes me feel ill like I can feel it in my body like just it's just a nasty feeling after I eat your food I don't get sick but it's always been that way there's something in their food there's chemicals in it that aren't supposed to be there I truly believe that.

We ordered on doordash, we tip well so our food comes quick, but this time our dasher informed us that they messed up our order 2 times, and “ had to remake it” it took two hours to get here. When it usually takes 30 mins. It was even the wrong order when it got here. With the right receipt on the bag. This place needs to be cleaned out and restaffed.

One of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. One of the employee who seemed so young, gave me an attitude and a stank eye. I wasn’t rude to her I was explaining to her what I ordered and her answer was an attitude with “we can’t do anything about that”. I know they made a mistake and that is why I’m always kind to people. I once worked at McDonald’s and I know how it feels when customers are rude but ever since I moved to WA from Hawai’i, employees are the ones being rude to customers. McDonald’s is dying these days. Wendy’s is my go to but since I was so hungry I decided to get McDonald’s. I will no longer visit this McDonald’s. Some are not very friendly and most of the times, my orders are colds. I ordered fries for my nephews they didn’t like the fries because they are always cold.

The management is whats wrong with the place. In line with drive through only, with about 12 cars waiting to order and 2 people both appearing to be management are outside on break smoking by the front door. It is absolutely unacceptable to wait in line for 20 minutes to order and another 10 to wait for it to be ready.
