Hello Vietnam

Hello Vietnam is out here doing God’s work and serving some of the best pho and egg rolls in Everett. The broth is the most rich and flavorful brew that could be ladled into a bowl. I mean, just look at the picture. The egg rolls were crisp to perfection and a tear of joy slid down my face as I took my frist bite (metaphorically speaking). My new go-to pho place.

September 2020 UPDATE: I still love the people here. They reached out to my since I came here so many times before to see how I felt about the food recently and I really appreciate that. Today we tried again and my bf did love his food. I still feel it's not the same BUT they did tell me they are working on their recipe so hopefully it will continue to get better. 🤞 The chilli oil was extremely hot but they did let me know before hand so I was ready for it. They have more people working and food came out fast! I will continue to visit and see how they grow. I would recommend them again.👍 2020 UPDATE: I'm so sorry to say this is no longer my favorite place to eat. Since things have changed the food has suffered. Today my pho tasted like spicy water and soggy paper towels. I used to come here several times a week for many many years. I've gone 4 times since they have reopened and it has consistently been really bad. The people are so nice but I don't think I can return or recommend this place any more. We actually counter and before this reopening I had bought over 1,000 Phos from here. 2019 I've been coming here for years they all know my order and are extremely nice! I bring all My Friends here. I eat here several times a week. LOVE IT!!!

Vegetarian Pho had option of vegetarian or beef broth, this alone made this 5 stars (as most all pho places in this neighborhood default to beef and do not even offer vegetarian), the server made sure to take care and ask for my preference. We also ordered vegetarian vermicelli bowl. The meal servings were a great quantity, the basil and ingredients tasted fresh. My favorite was he vermicelli bowl (a combo of protein, veg and warm vermicelli with a delicious dressing). The pho even had little fried onions on top. I disagree with the one star review complaining of customer service. The wait staff was a little shy but very hard working, efficient and took extra care to make sure we were taken care of.
