The server was nice but she was wearing her mask under her nose and touching her nose. I had to ask her to wash her hands before scoping my ice cream. Even before COVID that's not hygienic. She did wash them when asked but she should have done it without me prompting her to.

Delicious ice cream as always. But I must express my concern that you have only one employee in the store at night. Usually it's a teenage girl. My concern is purely safety. I think there should always be 2 people on duty. The parking lot in that corner of the shopping center is dark. Shopping center security is not visible (and to my thought nonexistent).

So far, my favorite BR cake is the white Praline’s cake upper right on the picture.
Ps this particular BR store reminds me my childhood times, since the store design kept old school and original set up.

The girl serving was very nice and new. The malt she made me was more like chocolot milk, too thin.

Scoops were generous and service was great. Also, I'm dairy free, so finding decent ice cream out isn't a cinch. BR had multiple options, and the one I chose was so good, my kids all agreed mine was tops!

My favorite ice cream place. Pick ups are so much fun from here. Ton of flavors and fresh ice cream.

the girl was incredibly slow and said they were out of an item due to her not being able to open the container with her nails. though this is food service and she shouldn’t have nails

my nephew is allergic to nuts - gentleman in the store Friday afternoon refused to wash the scoop he was using. He told him it was already in running water, that was enough. no, thank you, that's not enough. when someone has an allergy and is required because of that allergy to ask to have a repeated use utensil washed, it is a small ask. We were the only people there, there was no line, no hold up, he just did not care about a simple request so my nephew could safely have ice cream from there.
