Papa Johns Pizza

Ridiculous. Not only when you order wings, do you get a half order of wings and half order of chicken nuggets. But expect it to be SWIMMING IN SAUCE! Same with garlic knots. Like who taught you to cook, for 1. Also who taught you how to package things that you know are being delivered. Poor service. Lazy work. Not good taste. Won’t be back. Attempted to call about order, was brushed off. So. Here is my feedback. Hope it helps you to choose to treat customers with respect, not only in communication but also in the food your are making. Or just close shop;cause it’s headed that way if you choose to continue with this level of service.

I just had the worst experience with order #929632161. I ordered two extra large pizzas. One of them had cheese and one of them had no cheese as I am allergic. When the order arrived both pizzas had cheese on them. My husband called the store and this is what he was told, “I call the shop and I get no apology. “Are you sure it said it on the order?” I explain that the label says no cheese. I am told “we’ll you probably know we have a few options then.” I explain that yes, I am very aware. Last time we ordered we received a “free pizza credit on your account” because it was incorrect then also. We’d never been able to cash it in, so this time I’d just like what we ordered to be delivered. “Can I put you on hold to see if I even see if I CAN do that”. When she comes back she asks me “Do you, um, even know how far you are from here?” I am 15-20 blocks at most and explain this. And get put on hold again. When she comes back I offer the option of giving us a refund if it’s too big of a hassle. “Yeah, let’s do that because I’d have to send my driver out and we wouldn’t pay him for the trip. It sucks that the pizza guy screwed up the order huh?” I explain that I spent years delivering pizza and have always tipped any driver when they have had to come back a second time. Yes a second tip. She gives me a refund, no idea how much because she basically hung up after that. “ Can you please help us and check to see that we actually got the refund? We used to order from your company all of the time, but unfortunately this has become the standard we have come to expect.

This is a typical chain pizza place! You are not going to get the best pie you have ever had.. but for a weeknight, when you don’t want to cook and just feed the family, it’s great! So funny that other reviewers get so upset when the pizza isn’t cut all the way through 🤣 Do you know how many pizzas those guys have to cut every day? I wouldn’t base my review on that. At Papa Johns, you are going to get what you expect… a decent pizza at a great price.

I am wondering why Papa John’s doesn’t do their own delivery anymore instead of using Door Dash? Paying a $7.50 delivery fee for your food to arrive luke warm is ridiculous! And to top it off the pizza I ordered is mostly crust and seems like it could of been cooked another 5 minutes. The last time I ordered was a lot worse! Today will be the last time!

The pizza is way over priced for what it is 68$ for 2 large pizza and a 2 liter of soda. Most the toppings fall off when you pick it up. It was not cut all the way through. And seemed to be under cooked and the stuffed crust was still pretty doughy. The stuffed crust use to be my wife's favorite but she wouldn't even eat it this time. Will be going back to papa Murphys and cooking it ourself. It's half the cost and taste way better.

You've gotta get rid of that recording I ALMOST HUNG UP JUST as you answered. That is the most ANNOYING thing I've EVER HEARD along with MANY OTHERS. I know, you would never know right? Just how good business can BE, but how much you LOST. And you blame it on the staffing and how many places are desperate for employees. WHY do I get the FEELING you would save on labor as WELL. Nothing would change but more business and that's about IT. HORRIBLEY UTTERLY ANNOYING. As for the FOOD you're the BEST there IS

I’ve never had an issue until now. I really wish they would use their own delivery and not doordash. My pizza has been done for over 40 mins and the tracker says we are waiting 30 more minutes for the doordash guy to get there. If I wanted to wait that long and order doordash, I would have but I ordered pizza to avoid that.
