Located right next to Lake Eustis this restaurant has great sandwiches, fried chicken, french fries and tater tots. In my opinion they have the best club sandwich I have ever eaten. They offer generous portions, and the wait staff is always friendly!

Shrimp was great. Fried and lightly blackened.
Burger was good
Scallops were ok.
Onion straws and petal sauce was really good.
Mac and cheese great.
Server was great. Food took linger than expected with only 3 tables in restaurant but we don't know how many were at the bar.
Price pretty good for what you get.
We will be back for sure

Food was fantastic. The waitress was friendly and professional. She made our night with interesting conversation. The price was reasonable for a party of three for dinner, drinks and dessert.

Finally got around to giving this place a shot. Let me tell you, food was fantastic had the special swordfish one word WOW 👏 just so good with broccoli and Mac & cheese onion straws delicious. Also had Linguini Alfredo with shrimp the best. Our server Nicole was on point with her suggestions. Thank you Nicole.

Excellent fried fish “sandwich” that is really too big to be a sandwich. The fish was perfectly seasoned, battered, and fried. True southern excellence.

A fun, quirky old style restaurant (they even write your order on a pad!) Serving up excellent bites and we'll crafted cocktails. Be aware the beer list is rather thin with no IPAs offered. The staff is friendly providing excellent service! We will return!!

I do enjoy The Crazy Gator. The food is quite good, and the dockside atmosphere is pleasant. They are a popular venue for weddings and other events. The outdoor seating is okay. It’s not my favorite restaurant in Eustis, but it’s worth visiting ☺️

This place exceeded my expectations. The gator bites were delicious. The french fries were yummy and the wings were amazing. I ordered 10 wings and thought to myself in gonna be hungry after them and then after 5 i was soo full. I really enjoy this place. Especially eating outside and seeing the sunset. Its a must go to place for sure!!!!!

We came here waiting for a boat tour while staying in Mt. Dora. Was a short 15 min drive from downtown Mt. Dora. Dive bar on the water with indoor and outdoor seating. Mostly locals. Food was really good. Drinks strong. We had 2 for one margaritas at 6$ for 2. Whoo hoo! Fried mushrooms with the sauce were absolutely delicious. Chips and salsa with queso were also good, the queso was perfectly spicy. Scallop basket and famous fried fish sandwich were both very filling and very good. Great spot to eat and drink on the water.
