I ordered a Whole (Full size) Caesar Salad, when the called my name to pick it up it looked a bit skimpy, like maybe they forgot to add enough lettuce. I mentioned to the staff that I had ordered the “Whole” Caesar Salad and it looked maybe like a half size, didn’t even fill out the bowl. The guy said it was correct, as he “weighed” it, followed by a facial expression that was like “that’s it, sorry dude”.
I brought the skimpy Caesar to my table, in disbelief I just paid $10 for this.
I went back to the staff and asked someone different for an additional bowl, a half sized bowl. I then transferred the Whole Caesar Salad to the Half sized bowl. It fit perfectly, looked correct.
The Half size is priced around $5-6.
The Salad tasted good. But the value just doesn’t seem to be there, like if that’s really all the salad you get for the Full/Whole Caesar, they really should just change their bowls so the presentation is better. Having a giant bowl that looks empty was really frustrating. Having the staff tell me it was correct because they weighed it was frustrating. Not a single staff or manager came by to ask how my food was.
It was a less than poor experience, I’m always reminiscent of the Panera of days gone by and continually disappointed of the serving portions, level of customer service, value and taste.
I ended up going there because I had a “deal” to join their “unlimited sip club” for $3.99/month for 3 months. So I decided to stay for lunch and do a little work (video call).
The environment ended up being so loud between their machines and staff yelling, laughing and goofing off I’ll never end up doing that again. Horrible environment to get any work done.
I’m even thinking the sip club is worth canceling because their “Charged” lemonades had some funky taste.
Panera, don’t get me wrong, I want to love you again. But until then we will only exchange some awkward stares.

Stopped by for quick lunch over the weekend. Great location and healthy food options. Ordering food through kiosk did take few minutes longer than expected as machine failed to communicate with the server couple times.

I had my favorite sandwich, the turkey, bacon, and avocado as a combo with the Strawberry poppy seed salad. They were both delicious! The bread was soft yet thick enough to hold the fillings. It was a perfect meal topped off with a chocolate croissant that was spectacular with just enough dark chocolate! Yummy.

Kiosk card reader wasn't working, so after the manager tried to help us older ladies, he gave up too and helped us at the counter. And gave us free drinks for our trouble!
Anyway, good food, and fast service. The parking here is a bit tricky to navigate, but we were able to get a spot so that we could watch our bikes.

This establishment does not care about you or your order. Cashier Mario told me that it's too hard to put pieces of an order together to all come out at the same time; instead you must collect all things yourself, one at a time. And this is only if they even notify you. It took another 20 minutes after getting my souffle for me to get two sliced and toasted bagels, which after I asked Elle (?; couldn't actually read her name tag; college age white lady with long braids and no interest in helping) for them, I was told they were sitting at pick up for 10 minutes. When I asked her what the point of the "order notification puck" was for, I was told they don't usually work and that I have to listen for my name to be called which is impossible to hear if you are not in the back of the restaurant. Also, Mario never told me this when he gave me the puck. The place is not clean either. Every step is accompanied but the loud sticky sound of your shoes as you walk.

Stopped for brunch. Ordered a BLT on everything toasted bagel. When I received it, it had turkey. I told them I didn't order this. The counter lady said ..well you should have ordered that. I asked to speak with a manager. Again I said I just want a BLT. Not a turkey
sandwich. She turned to another coworker and said ok just make it again. Another coworker turned and said ..well do you want bacon on that? By then I was speechless. When I got the BLT the bacon was the size of a quarter!. WTH

Overpriced in general. Always has been. And they never get my order right. Like ever. I honestly don’t think the food preparers ever look at the request which is clearly on the ticket. And there is never any hazelnut coffee. I get it runs out but shouldn’t they check now and then? I mean they sell a coffee membership.

I got a Chipotle Chicken Wrap.... and it had several ingredients not listed on the menu. Why list 1/2 of the ingredients on the menu and leave out that it has bell pepper and cilantro? Disappointing and when I asked a manager she just said 'yep, that's what's in it'. I won't be back
