Dairy Queen

I'm rating this as a Dairy Queen, not as a restaurant in general, as I'm sure most people know what a DQ is and what they're supposed to be like. This one is as good as they come. Friendly staff, clean, and the two banana splits and cheeseburger we ordered were made right on par with DQ's quality standards. They also make good ice cream cakes, great for birthdays. Glad they finally reopened the dining room, better late than never. Not everyone is into drive-throughs. It was good to come back. This DQ has been here a long time and is still providing good service and fun treats.

Ordered 2 meals and an extra sandwich. When they gave us our food items were missing. A very simple order was rang up completely wrong. After getting home I find out all of the sandwiches had toppings that were not supposed to be on them. Finally, I call to speak to someone about this and the girl who answered the phone hangs up on me twice instead of giving the phone to a manager. Worst service ever. I seldom write reviews but this whole situation is ridiculous. What a waste of money.

Personally, I refuse to shop at this Dairy Queen. They charge different prices than advertised (which is sus in the first place) and those prices are $0.80-$1.00ish more than other Dairy Queens in the region. Additionally, the ice cream always tastes off whether your treat is vanilla or chocolate based. That makes me anxious. I tried this location twice before making my determination to review. I won’t return.
