Ordered 2 cups of soup broccoli cheddar ....it was horrible! I'm so disappointed! It tasted like it cooked all day and night! and at 6 dollars a cup! They need to do better, first ever! My soup was bad.

I have gone to this location twice and both have been awful. The only reason why I went a second time is because I thought maybe it was just the people working there the first time so I gave it another chance. But I was wrong.. both times were bad experiences. I used the drive through that they have there and the girls were rude and basically just threw my food at me. I was really shocked and upset .

Very clean Panera, restaurant and restrooms. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not many gluten free options available. They offer sandwiches, soups, salads, and pastries along with their bread selection. Plenty of parking and very easy to find the location. Drive through window is available at this location. The coffee is great, but the new dispensers suck! They spill coffee all over and are just a pain to use, vegan bad design. Overall good experience and we will be returning.

Worst Panera I've ever been to! My daughter and I stopped in this morning for 2 bagels. Both were flat as pancakes and still raw in the middle. We paid $5.98 for bagels that should have been discarded and never been served to paying customers! Shame on you Panera!

Subpar customer service, particularly Ambyr(the name on the receipt) at the drive thru window. Didn’t tell me my total, and didn’t say anything to me the whole time. I even said have a good day as I was leaving and got ignored

Way, way, way to expensive. I had half a salad and a bowl (not the bread) just a small styrofoam bowl and it cost 17.00

We ordered from this location on grubhub and somehow they messed up every single item and then left out multiple things. When we requested a refund, we got refunded for a single bagel (out of a $40 order). We called the restaurant and no one picked up.
