This particular location has really went down hill. It's horrible these days.
The hours its open are bouncing. The lobby is locked up way earlier then it use to.
You can only order through a pad in lobby now.
The bathroom is absolutely filthy. Like the worst truck stop gas station bathroom you have ever seen.
Do your self a favor and use the Taco Bell at chest nut commons. If the owners no longer care about this location. Neither should we

My whole order was terrible. Nacho fries soggy. Burrito shells were stale. Tacos looked like they were sitting for quite a bit. When I called to complain, manager said everything made fresh. This was not fresh.

Ordered from UberEats 1.5 hours before close. Got a notice 40 mins later order was cancelled by merchant because the store was closed Drove to the store that was VERY MUCH OPEN and ordered two cheese quesadillas and they were burnt and barely edible. There was almost no cheese on there. I had to pull apart quesadilla to verify there was cheese. All it tasted like was charred tortilla. Put me off Taco Bell entirely.

Hot food. You now must place your order on a kiosk. No more cashier to ask questions about the menu items. They will still take cash for the order from the existing register. However, this does seem to be an inconvenience to the employees. Say goodbye to customer service 😢

Okay this is the second time I went and last. The girls up front has jeans a belly shirts on, the one girl had her hands up her shirt like in her bra ?? They where rude. Time before that the boy threw sauces and slammed the window. I get it they are kids, but hands in your shirt or pants is disgusting.

They were open. My usual on Lorain Rd. In N. Ridgeville was not. They were kind, clear, concise and took my order & fed me.

Went through the dry through last night and When it was my turn to order at the speaker I was abruptly told that they were closed Even though I have been waiting in line before they closed at 12:30 when their time says One o'clock When they close

Omg, I don’t understand how the prices go up but quality keeps going down!!! Funny how that works. Lazy store. Don’t bother, go the extra distance and go somewhere else.
