Went on a Friday night, very friendly staff, clean establishment, yogurt was the perfect consistency/temp, everything was awesome. Got 3 full bowls for about $20 and I would say thats fair! Other reviews complained about the lack of certain flavors but those flavors were there when I went. 10/10 will return

Was so happy to learn there's a Cherry Berry in the area we recently moved to, but our experiences here have been disappointing. The location we visited before we moved would have frequent specials/promotions, along with coupon offers. This one hasn't ran any specials and the price is really expensive for a cup of froyo. My husband & I were here yesterday and filled the smallest cup half full of froyo, and our total was almost $15! Also, usually the froyo is a semi-liquid consistency when it comes out of the machines, so I don't think they run as cold as they're supposed to. Employees here have been hit or miss. Yesterday the employee was very nice and friendly, but usually they are cold and unfriendly. Hope this place makes some needed improvements in the areas of price and experience, but until they do, I can't afford to bring my family here.

Great ice cream, lots of flavors and topping choices. Place is clean and staff is friendly. Prices seem average as other comparable places. Kids love all the topping choices. You can earn points as part of the free club. Also they print on your receipt every time that you will get 25% off the next day but only if you bring back the receipt.

I am a huge fan of frozen yogurt and ice cream, what I came here originally I did not like frozen yogurt but I was willing to try again because there was quite Young when I first tried it and I wanted to see if my taste changed. Little did I know that I would be making good friends with the manager, who is a very very very kind woman named Denine. She works nearly every day except Monday, so if you see her give her a hello. There is also something called munchkin Monday if you are under 12 years of age or your child is under 12 years of age they can get a small cup that they can fill to whatever the amount that they want for a flat rate of $3. I really enjoy this program, and I hope it continues on as long as possible.

Love the yogurt! However on their website they list several different tart flavors, and they NEVER have any of them, not even one!!!! EVER! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Italian tart, but they haven't offered it but once, for a short period of time since they opened. When I call to see if they have it I'm always told, "No we don't, its not very popular here", and I'm like how would you know? you never offer it! What does a person have to do to get them to offer just one of the tart flavors? preferably, ITALIAN TART PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Love going there with my granddaughter, I even signed up for text deals. Got a text for fathers day that said free one for dad, me and my daughter went in got one for ourselves and one for husband at home. He was doing yard work so did not come with. The girl did not honor it since he was not with. I looked at the text it did not say anything about having it in store, are father present. I would understand if that's the only thing I went in for, but we also got one. So I paid for all three and went home. I have been back we go about twice a month. Just felt this was lousy customer service.
