Ihop

The wait staff was stretched thin. Please apply. That being said, our service was great and our waitress was very attentive and very engaged. The food was delicious and filling. I had the beef tips w/ mushrooms and onions with 2 over easy eggs and hashbrowns. My wife had the cowboy burger with fries. Both were cooked to order and spot on. Thanks and keep it up

I often go to this IHOP and they are always pleasant, friendly and helpful. I typically sit in Marie's section and she always remembers the little things that I like with the meal. She is a wonderful people person and very good at her job. When another waiter has my table, they are always sweet and pleasant, too. I've never had a negative experience at the Easley IHOP - good management and good people working there.

Short staffed like everywhere else. However, it appeared to be well staff, but they seemed to be falling over each other. 15 minute wait and there were at least 10 tables empty and cleaned. Ordered my eggs WELL DONE--nope, they came out runny.... Ordered my bacon EXTRA CRISPY--NOPE it didn't even look like it had touched the griddle.... VERY greasy pp late.... Pancakes and water were good. NO one told me to pay the waitress-- told them I didn't feel like walking back to the table as I have mobility issues.

DO NOT COME HERE. Placed an online order. Got there 5 minutes ahead of the time it was supposed to be ready… still waited 25+ minutes and had to leave because I had to get to work. What’s the point of placing an online order if it won’t be ready not even close to the time you say it would? Now no one is answering the phones, it sounds like the just disconnected the phone so they don’t have to deal with issues. I’ll be back to get my refund for sure. I had to leave with no food and out of the money I paid. I asked for a refund 2 times when I was waiting because I told them I needed to go. I didn’t even care about the food anymore I wanted my money back and she kept saying “it’ll be right out” when it was in fact not gonna be right out. What an annoying experience. I’m usually extremely patient with food service employees but this is the 2nd terrible experience I’ve had at this location. DO NOT COME HERE.

Sat down in an almost empty restaurant. Waitress was friendly and accommodating. Management was heard reprimanding a staff member, apparently someone didn't check in with her. Later we could hear some one wasn't showing for the 2:00 shift After served Breakfast, which was longer than normal, the waitress returned with the check, "take your time"...then a moment later asked for payment because management was shutting system down! WTH! Yes, I would have enjoyed after breakfast coffee but we didn't feel welcome. It will be a long time, if I ever darken this place places doorstep again. No wonder it was near empty!!!
