Mcdonald's

I only put one star because I couldn’t put any negatives. Maybe you should talk to your staff about racially discriminating staff AND CUSTOMERS. I’d rather go eat at Krystals next door than ever go to this McDonald’s location ever again. AND THAT IS SAYING SOMETHING BECAUSE KRYSTALS IS DISGUSTING 🤮

We just went through the drive thru a bit ago.(12/06/2020) McRib meal and a 2 cheeseburger meal..we asked for ketchup and were given one packet of ketchup for each meal. We asked for more ketchup but we were told they can’t give more than that anymore. Ridiculous! We’ve never been to a McDonalds like that. We won’t be going there again.

Careless employee messed up and only rang up half our order then before we could correct her mistake after we paid and realized the total was a lot less than it should have been she turned around to do something else and completely ignored multiple attempts of us trying to get her attention. When the manager called out our order number and brought our food to the counter she barely even looked at us as she handed us the bag and drinks so finally after leaning over the counter practically yelling excuse me and waving the receipt in her face she took a moment to address our issue and had the rest of our order cooked and delivered to us hot and fresh. Unfortunately the first half of our order was cold by the time the rest came out. Another customer was there who came in to complain bc he had been waiting on his drive through order for over thirty minutes from what I over heard him arguing with the manager about. She was not very happy to give him his refund instead of another wait time to actually get the man's food prepared like he requested but finally she did. Definitely not a good visit. 👎
