Sonic is one of my favorite fast food restaurant, as well as my husband. But on a visit to it on 11/6/2020, I ordered my husband some onion rings, his favorite because they are crispy & not greasy like some fast food restaurants. I live about 30 miles away from Sonic and halfway home I decided to eat one of the onion rings, and to my surprise when I took the onion rings out of the bag, they were like sauteed onions with mushy breading. Very disappointing. But Sonic still gets a 5 star from me and will still remain one of my favorite. I will just make sure i check my order before I leave, like I usually do.

Good Sweet Tea, the app was having issues. Great friendly staff.
I was charged full price during happy hour for a route 44 sweet tea a few days ago and they brought me a medium.

The person taking my order was very dry and her voice seems that she does NOT like her job. She didn't say her name and then, before that, I waited fifteen to twenty minutes, for her to acknowledge my blinking order light. She didn't even apologize for the long wait. Good customer service is very important to me.
