Staff super rude. Girl at the till took the wrong order and started to shout at me that it was my fault. Honestly manager came in didn't say anything no sorry. What a bloody shocking service.They don't care. Wearing mask but doing your food without gloves. So what's the point of mask anyway. You can wait 10 min at the till and need to beg staff to take your order

Ordered for delivery via app, food was cold and one meal was completely missing. McDonald's employee hung up on us when called to find out what happened. Delivery company got hostile when we asked for a refund. Got it in the end, but that's not the service we expect at any step.

I went to macDonald it has changed somuch not that I go there slot they got machines to take orders pick what you want and pay only mine order did not come out receipt and what I ordered ltold one of the staff that my order receipt did not come can you remember what you ordered chicken burger milk shake and chips it was so tasty sisoalone

£30 order was made, received about £10s worth of it. Rang the store to make a complaint only for the manager not to bother actually speaking just left the phone on the side until we hung up. Safe to say, this is the worst McDonald’s in derby

They are actually quite nice and understanding for a McDonalds :) I'll give them 4 starts because, even when busy, they always try to do their best work. Yes, they are not always perfect but they most certainly put effort in

The milkshake tasted nasty, it tastes like out of date milk 🤮 the machine aint been cleaned in a while that's the only time a milkshake would taste like that.

When they say it closes at 11, it doesn’t close at 11. We arrived at 22:45 with enough time to cook and leave with our food but was refused at the door.

poor from mcdonald’s, every item was cold drinks had leaked everywhere no sauces and a hair found in the food. not happy with the fact that they’re only willing to offer me £3.09 refund out of my £15 order either. Vile
