Burger King

We dined inside. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. I only wish they would go back to how they flame broiler the Whopper like they did in the late 80s. Taste hasn't been the same since. And bring bake the veal parmesan sandwich. I like this Burger King as it is easy to get too, clean, and good service.

So I go to this Burger King quite often ( I literally just left there) because I live very close to it and I will say they are some of the laziest employees I have ever seen at a fast food place college student or not you shouldn’t be rude to the customers and actually do your job that’s the first thing. The second thing is every single time I go there the order is always and I mean always messed up how hard is it to read a screen of an order when you have two cars in the drive-thru, because I get the same thing the exact way every single time I go and I ask for no onions there is onions on them every single time not only that they also like to add stuff that doesn’t even belong on it to begin with. The next thing is they seem to think that they can close whenever they want their time says 10 o’clock for closing I have gone there at 8:30pm 2 and 1/2 hours before closing time and they were closed The management needs to fire every single employee and replace them with people who actually want to work. I would say save yourself the time and if you really want Burger King go to the one in Sycamore

Why does this Burger King not turn on there exterior lights? I thought they were closed? It's 8:30pm and there's ZERO lights on. I asked why the lights aren't on? The young lady working the drive thru on April 16, 2022 at 8:30 pm said " oh, we just forgot to turn them on" Really? I'm telling you the lights aren't on and you still don't turn them on?

Hours not accurate. Said open, but they closed up a whole hour early. If you want to close up, should post closed early or change posted hours. ** Update, I wish I can can give 0 stars. Make sure when you're paying extra for sauces to check that they actually put them in the bag, never assume theyre at the bottom. In fact, make sure everything's there and that they input the correct items to not price gauge. (ex 16 nugs = $2.99, they put in 2x 8 nugs = $3.99). Always ask for a printed receipt too.

The cashier was soooo sweet and patient. This restaurant is clean inside with the exception of in front of the drink machine otherwise it’s pretty and courteous. Our order was completely wrong and they corrected it without any attitude whatsoever! This is the kind of customer service I like that will keep them in business and us doing business with Burger King here in Dekalb at least the 4pm shift. I’m impressed, great job ladies (cashiers). The food was good! Sycamore Location ⤵️ My husband and I used the app for discounted prices.. we don’t understand why staff was upset because we order our $3.00 double whopper and free nuggets. Yes, we were returning customers but why the nasty demeanor? And why is it a problem simply asking for a cup of water? Ugh!!

Wow this BK was pretty terrible. The young lady working the drive thru ordering seemed like she was having a bad day, but her attitude was awful. She kept sighing when I had more meals to order for everyone in the truck. Then the food took a long while, much more than a typical long wait in a drive thru line... And lastly, the pop we ordered tasted disgusting. I cringe thinking about when the last time it was when they cleaned that machine out. Good thing we were just there for an event since we won't be going back ever again. We got enticed by the 37 cent whoppers that day and of course this wasn't a "participating location" so we got hosed on that too. My advice for that young lady, find a new job because you clearly hate the one you have and that's no way to go through life.
