The staff and service are great. The ingredients for sandwiches are displayed in a very appetizing way. This Subway has excellent management. I go here often and am never disappointed.

This subway is the BEST. Fine customer service and the best staff I've seen in subway for a long time... forget the waukon subway.. the decorah subway over the bridge in decorah has no problems.. even some people complain about how subway is messy and drips on ya well the one in decorah over the bridge gets everything even for your time spent🥰🥰🥰

1 overworked poor guy running the place alone. He did a good job with as good as attitude as possible but simply unacceptable. Not fair or safe to have one guy here. And loads of customers. The 2nd star is because of the guy working, otherwise it would be one.

I work there and they just started a new sandwich there I will have to try out. It is called the Italian Hero.
The atmosphere is clean, friendly, and the food service is great.

So today I had one of the worst customer service ever went to subway by pizza ranch in decorah and waited 20 minutes for someone to come take our order and help us they never came they stood in the back talking to each other there was another lady behind us who also left I will not be returning to that subway

This store usually runs out out if things....go to the other store...have never had them run out...about 75 percent of the time they are out of things...wheat bread at 5:30...
