Culver's

It was lunchtime when I stopped in, which meant very busy, yet the staff were still friendly and courteous. My order was filled exactly as requested (I always ask for a specific way my butterburger and fries to be cooked). The wait was surprisingly short for the time of day and the number of customers. I would not hesitate to stop by again if I happen to be traveling through the area.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 sundaes (desserts) through drive up to go. Received the 2 sundaes at time we paid for the order, but then had to wait 15 minutes until sandwiches were brought out to or car. By then the dessert sundaes we're 'soup', and not enjoyable after eating or sandwiches in the parking lot. We've never had this slow of service at this restaurant. Orders should be delivered altogether complete.

Normally go with our dog through the drive-thru line and generally have a good time. They always give us a little dog treat and are serving with a smile, but this time we went they hardly spoke to us and were incredibly monotone and rude. They almost sounded upset for us to be there with our little pup. Not mentioning our pup at all or even acknowledging her as she was at the window of our car anticipating her treat, they didn't get one for her and just handed us our custard without a word and the servers looked even angry at us. I don't know if it was because of our dog or what but I worked in fast food for years and would always get excited when people brought pets through. Also it doesn't help that the dog treats they give are one of the main reasons we love to go there it's so unique!! However I'm mostly just bothered that they were so upset with us and all we got we're 2 custards on a slow day with our pup and now the experience is ruined and even our pup is sad. All this said. Service with a good attitude is so important and after 5+ years working in fast food, this was so disappointing.
