Subway

I ordered two sandwiches from this particular Subway. I needed a MICROSCOPE to see the meat on both sandwiches. The service was excellent, polite.... But believe me order from Jimmy John’ !!! MUCH better sandwiches and the service just as good. I was a long time subway customer but never again ... Jimmy John’s, Lenny’s or Firehouse from now on !!!

Worst Subway ever been. No customer service at all. The lady who called herself as the owner is damm rude, not at all cooperative and does not even knows how to wrap a sub. She was adding so very little veggies say just 2-3 onions etc, when I asked her to add more she was like you can get this much only. So disappointing, I have never see this before. She was not letting me customize my sub. I wrapped by sub by my own and kept in the bag, the so called Owner of the store didn’t even do this. If you still want to love your subway—please don’t step in here. It’s better to opt for Firehouse sub or go a mile more to subway at exit 14.

Worst service, the owner lady over charged me 15$ for a 1.5 footlong and she was so rude and cheap when I questioned her the over price. She couldn’t reply to my question. They add very little veggies like 1 or 2. The sandwich was terribly bad. Please do not step into this subway if you would love to enjoy your sandwich.

I am disappointed in the small portions that they give you. They hardly give you any lettuce on the salads and sandwiches, I'm always asking for more. They give you 2 tiny, and I mean tiny scoops of tuna for your salad and it cost me close to $9.00 for a salad, It's not worth it. Other subways give you more lettuce and tuna, that I know for sure. I would suggest bypass this subway and find another in your path!!!

So this subway chain is ok... ok when the owners are not working that is... every time I go in there when they are working, they are very cheap and skimpy about the sandwiches hey make, the husband often skimps on the meats, and the wife likes to skimp on the veggies sad lol... I don't understand some people's rationale. I had to tell the wife to add more onions to my sandwich 5 times before she actually put more than 2 small pieces on at a time, unbelievable. They bearly put enough meat on their subs to pass as a sandwich. So if you see the owners working the store when you visit, just drive down the road to the next subway.

Totally upset. She accused me of wrong thing. It appeared she is totally out of control. Mallabika Deb is the store owner and provided terrible customer services. I asked her about customer service, she asked me to give her customer service in return. Totally bad and that's why the restaurant seems always empty. Never go again!!!
